2. Products and Descriptions

We aim to provide clear, accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and availability information.

Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. These variations do not excuse supplying a product that materially differs from its description.

Please review product dimensions, materials, compatibility requirements, care instructions, and safety information before purchasing. Contact us if you need help choosing a product.

We may update or discontinue products at any time. Changes to our catalog do not remove our obligations for orders we have already accepted.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions

The currency applicable to your purchase is shown at checkout. Product prices may change, but price changes do not apply retroactively to accepted orders.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed before you submit your order. Your payment provider may charge separate currency conversion or international transaction fees.

Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions stated with each offer, including expiration dates, eligible products, and any purchase requirements. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

If we discover a material pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. Where permitted by law, we may cancel the affected item and refund any payment collected. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not by itself mean that we have accepted it.

We accept your order when we send a shipment confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. Payment authorization or collection alone does not constitute acceptance.

Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including unavailable inventory, payment failure, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery address, or a material listing error.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will promptly refund the amount paid for the canceled products and any associated charges that must be refunded.

After acceptance, any cancellation by us will be handled in accordance with applicable law and your refund rights.

5. Payments

You must use an accepted payment method and be authorized to use it. By submitting payment information, you authorize the charge for the total displayed at checkout.

Our store uses Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers to support checkout and payment processing. Your use of a payment provider may also be governed by that provider’s terms.

Any financing or installment payment arrangement is subject to the terms provided by the relevant provider.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping destinations, charges, and estimated timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Processing time and transit time may be separate. Unless expressly stated as guaranteed, delivery dates are estimates.

For orders covered by U.S. shipment rules, we will ship within the stated shipment timeframe or, if none is stated, generally within 30 days after receiving a properly completed order. If we cannot ship on time, we will provide the required delay notice, request consent where required, and offer cancellation with a prompt refund for unshipped merchandise. If the required consent is not obtained, we will cancel and refund as required by law.

An order may arrive in separate packages. We will provide tracking information when available.

Please check your delivery address carefully. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to correct it before shipment, but changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins.

If your package is missing, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Carrier tracking does not override any rights you have under applicable law.

For international orders, any responsibility for import duties, customs charges, or local taxes will be explained in our Shipping Policy or at checkout.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to help before the order enters fulfillment. Once processing or shipping begins, we may be unable to make the requested change.

This does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, return, or refund rights provided by law.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Product Issues

Our Return and Refund Policy explains return eligibility, time limits, item condition requirements, the return process, applicable return shipping costs, and refund handling.

The policy presented at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Please review it before placing your order.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. We may request reasonable supporting information, such as photographs, to help resolve the issue.

Do not send a return to an address printed on a shipping package unless we confirm that it is the correct return address.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies. Where the law requires a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy, those rights remain available.

If you submit a product review, photograph, or other content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it accurately reflects your experience.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Kessesweb a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and reasonably format it in connection with our store and marketing, subject to applicable law and any permissions required for identifiable people.

We will not materially change the meaning of your review. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, unrelated to the product, infringes another person’s rights, or exposes private information.

Our use of third-party providers does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

Severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, government restrictions, or other events outside our reasonable control may affect fulfillment or website availability.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and communicate material order delays. Such events do not remove our legal obligations to provide required notices, obtain consent for shipment delays, or issue refunds when required.

16. Suspension of Access

We may restrict access to an account or our website where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or a material violation of these Terms.

Any restriction does not remove our obligations relating to existing purchases or your right to seek a refund or other remedy.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections or court access rights available under the laws that apply to you.
